Since I have no history on this item it is being sold as. When turned on and doing a self test the display looks fine with no noticeable dead pixels.

This radio can be programmed to talk cp2 pr4 cp150, and basically all other vhf radios. The display screen has a few fine scratches which can be expected from normal use. Again, all cp185s I have listed TX and Rx to each other on 16 channels. Radio comes with antenna only.

The buttons on cp185s are user programmable, just find a copy of manual online and it will tell you how to program them yourself. You can buy one of these radios and purchase a battery charger have everything need.

Some of my radios listed will not come with a battery but they were still tested and TX Rx to the rest on all 16 channels. Check my other listings though I may still have a radio and charger, or battery available.
