Charges seem to be OK.

There is one belt clip missing, and on has the spring missing. I don't know much about radios so may be doing something wrong.

They seem to take a charge but when turned on make ticking noise. They were acquired at a recent offer and sold as working. It also tells me that you rec'd the item in good condition.
