No radios included. They may need to be rewired and some of the terminals on back case as it has been moved around a shelf for year or two. Please see photos for full specs of the power supplies.

I do know these power supplies work have two available. Shipping is 20 bucks. 8v 80 amps some scratches from being on a shelf but other than that no major wear apparent to my eyes.
