Some top of radio switches have torn rubber covers, but all are working. These are analog radios, not digital.

So, that said, 35 for both radios is fair. They are 2-watt 5-watt switchable power output. Sale is for both radios. These are not in great condition, but they work.

But, they are loaded with frequencies and programmed identical, so aside from the repeater channels, these will communicate each other already. Tested, 210 channel vhf radio, 15 groups of 14 channels including narrow band at they are used, but work. AA battery packs can be found here on I have none left.
