I ve tried my best to accurately describe the item. Press the Pitt switch and TX indicator turns on. I had the battery in charger for several hours and it seems to take a full charge. I can hear squelch noise when flip the monitor switch to on.

That's all the testing I can do.

Don't ask about programming I have no idea what software it requires or the cable needed. Radio powers up.
