This is super neat but I have no idea how to test it or what was really used on. Sold as is un tested. I am assuming it was for early police motorcycle communication or radio. Have had and seen a lot of Motorola stuff but never anything from Rca so guessing this is pretty rare. Shipping shown is USPS or FedEx ground to the lower 48 states.
