Although cable and software is included in the offer, I will not provide instructions for programming. Screen is good and not missing pixels.

Personal radio does have rear tags and legit serial number. There are no passwords on the radio and was tested for read write prior to listing. I ship to the USA only.

Pictures are of the actual radio. All buttons work good. Radio was pulled from a working environment, but shows minimal to no signs of wear.
