Note: chassis depth has been reduced to allow fitting in shallow cabinets. This is a pre selector or multicoupler for vhf hairband. And it probably needs an attenuate to prevent over driving the receiver, placed in output of preamp.

If they do tend to use a galas feat and huge pass cavity take up half rack no better than little thing like this, at least the Sinclair preamp is not easily overdrive because it was designed for this purpose, unlike most preamps which were characterized high 1db compression point.
